These terms are between you and Roy Rosenberg, an individual based in Thailand, who runs Singbud ("we"). By using Singbud you agree to them.
Using Singbud
Singbud is for learning to sing. You can start free, without an account. Use it lawfully, and don’t try to break, copy or resell the app. If you’re under the age where you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree for you.
The one-time purchase
The free start includes your voice check, your first song lesson and your first three days with everything open. The full app is a one-time purchase, shown with its price before you pay. It doesn’t renew. Purchases made through an app store follow that store’s payment and refund rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Songs you bring
You can bring a song to learn. Only bring songs you have the right to use. They stay on your device for your own practice, and Singbud doesn’t offer a way to export them. You’re responsible for what you bring.
Our content
The app, Bud, our guides and our tools belong to us or the people who license them to us. The built-in songs are in the public domain, and the privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
Your voice and your health
Singbud is a learning tool, not medical advice. Its tests don’t diagnose hearing or voice conditions. Stop if singing hurts, and see a doctor or voice specialist if a problem doesn’t go away.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Singbud useful, but it’s provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will be free of errors or that you’ll reach a particular result. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Changes and ending
We may update Singbud and these terms, and we’ll change the date above when we do. You can stop using Singbud at any time. Because your data stays on your device, removing the app or clearing its data deletes it.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without taking away protections you have where you live.
